The Dutch Property Value Institute (NWWI) is the hallmark for all property valuations in the Netherlands. NWWI validates all property valuation reports of its affiliated surveyors and ensures that every valuation conforms and has been prepared in accordance with clear guidelines. This is to ensure that money lenders, intermediaries and consumers, are provided with clear, objective and reliable valuations that give a good insight into how the assessed value has been established.
To prevent the creation of fraudulent valuation reports and to improve the reputation of affiliated members, only surveyors that meet stringent quality requirements can register with the NWWI.
